Who We Are
LairRose Early Childhood Development operates through two branches:
- LairRose Consulting Group: Provides coaching, training, and systems-building support to early childhood programs. Our services are informed by CLASS®, Head Start standards, NC Foundations, and best practices in relational teaching and leadership.
- LairRose Child Development Initiatives: Focused on long-term goals to expand access to responsive, high-quality early learning environments. These initiatives reflect the same values we bring to our consulting work — equity, school readiness, and whole-child care.
